As one of the partners of New West Realty Group, LLC and Chief Financial Officer, Subbu Ramanathan brings to New West Realty, a wealth of experience focused on financial leadership, external and management reporting, strategic and business planning, financial analysis and financial systems.

Ramanathan is a Certified Public Accountant with over fifteen years of financial experience including four years of residential real estate experience. He has directed property acquisitions, due diligence, debt and equity financing, and financial reporting of developments with an aggregate of over 2,000 dwelling units. He also brings strong financial process, reporting, and controls experience from his financial responsibilities at Fortune 500 manufacturing and transportation/third party logistics companies. This experience suits him well as he heads up the financial team at New West Realty.

Ramanathan is a key financial resource to each of the company's development projects from acquisition and strategic planning, to budgeting and on-going financial performance.

Ramanathan holds Master's degrees in business administration and accounting science from Northern Illinois University.
